From a Fitzroy garage to Melbourne’s esports backbone
We started fixing overheating rigs for the local LAN scene and grew into the crew arenas and streamers call when a match cannot drop a frame. Every milestone below is a real turn in how we work.

The garage bench
Two techs, one soldering iron, and a queue of thermal-throttling gaming PCs from the Brunswick Street cafés. Word spread fast among the local Counter-Strike ladders.

Greeves Street workshop
Moved into 58 Greeves Street with a dedicated build bay and anechoic test room, letting us validate acoustics and thermals before a rig ever leaves the door.

Full custom builds start at A$1,850 for a solid 1080p rig and scale to A$6,500+ for flagship 4K/360Hz machines with hardline liquid cooling. Our build labour is a flat A$220 including cable management and a 48-hour burn-in, so you only pay parts on top of that fixed fee.
Once parts are in stock and the quote is approved, most builds are assembled, overclocked, and burn-in tested within four to five business days. Event network fit-outs are scheduled separately and usually booked two to three weeks ahead.
Yes. Our event team provides on-site engineering across Melbourne metro venues, plus 24/7 remote on-call during live brackets. Same-day emergency call-outs within 10km of Fitzroy carry a A$180 priority fee.
The Greeves Street workshop is open Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 11:00–16:00, closed Sundays. Drop-offs and consults are by appointment so a technician is always free to talk through your setup.
Absolutely — diagnostics are A$90 and fully credited toward any repair or upgrade you go ahead with. We handle thermal repastes, BIOS and firmware tuning, storage migrations, and full component swaps.
We cover the greater Melbourne metro area. Pickup and drop-off at Fitzroy is always free, and insured delivery within the metro ring is A$45 flat. Regional Victoria is quoted case by case.
